Yep, I have whats-left-of a sixpack of it in my fridge now. (I bought it at City Beer in San Francisco, in case anyone's curious)
It's much hoppier than you'd expect. They seem to be trying to market it as an english style IPA, but it seemed like a fairly standard west-coast style IPA to me.

Picked up a 6er from my local 7-11 the other day. Good stuff. Kinda like a hoppy IPA, but without leaving too much of an after taste. Speaking of Firestone. Anyone try the 11th anniversary ale yet? I got a bottle, but I'm saving it a for a bit. Special occasion kinda thing.

11th? I got a 6er of the Pale Ale and it had a 31 on the front of it, I figured it was their 31st anniversary.

Well I check the website and couldn't find the beer or any evidence as to when Firestone was founded, but it says 11th Anniversary Ale Special Limited Release. It's a 22 oz. and 11 %, but I can't tell you how it is yet. Saving it for an appropriate occasion. Also aging it a bit.

Oh.. wait.. just read the letter that was in the box with the beer... 1996 they were founded.
